Trailer Hitch Receiver, Wiring Harness and Ball Mount For a 2008 Scion XB Release Trim
Question:
Id like to know which model trailer hitch will fit the release series XB 2008. I have the KenStyle body kit trim I saw a pic on your site of a gold XB installation. Thats the model I have. Most info I have seen says 2008 XB except release series. Thanks for any advice. BTW, I plan to pull a 70 lb jonboat using a fold-up trailer. Regards

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12490 is confirmed by Curt to fit all trims of your 2008 Scion xB including the Release. They were unable to confirm the fitment with your Ken Style body kit but said as long as it doesn't lower the bodywork you shouldn't have to do any trimming.
Curt recommends using the Ball Mount # C45521 for your Scion. This will need to be paired with either a 1-7/8" Ball # A-80 or 2" Hitch Ball # A-82 to match your trailer coupler.
For the trailer lighting the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118468 will provide you a 4-way flat connector. This will operate the running lights, brake lights and turn signals on your fold up trailer.
