Yes, you will need a torque wrench to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13240 on a 2020 Hyundai Tucson. That said, you can either rent this for free from most local auto parts stores or you can pick one up from us with your hitch like the 1/2" Drive Torque Wrench part # PTW3001C.
