Troubleshooting Issues With A DVD3000RV Stereo System
Question:
Received my new system and swapped it out with DVD3000. The front display does not light up nor can I get a DVD to load. I disconnected for a reset but no change. I am getting power to the stereo because Bluetooth and speakers work. The DVD player acts like there is a door that won’t open to accept the disc as well. Any suggestions?

If your DVD3000 # 324-000148 is only partially functioning then the you are receiving power but will need to verify that it's actually receiving 12 volts at the unit using a multimeter # PT89ZR. If it's receiving under 12 volts it could still be turning on and giving you the issues you've been describing. If you're receiving 12 volts then you most likely have a defective unit from the manufacturer and would need to contact customer service for a replacement.
