Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch Bending Capture Plate Bolts On A TrailAir AirRide Pin Box
Question:
Do I need an adapter plate for lippert TrailAir AirRide pinbox SN S000174281. For some reasons the bolts keep bending one it get it set up to factory specs.

More than likely you have the wrong capture plates on your Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slide # DM8550038, which is why the bolts are bending.
Since you have the TrailAir AirRide pin box, you'll need the Demco Hijacker Autoslide Capture Plates for Trailair Rota-Flex Pin Boxes # DM6171.
Swapping these out should take care of any bending issues you're having.
