Recommended Suspension Enhancement for Ford F-250 4x4 Diesel With 4" Lift
Question:
I have a popup camper at 1600 lbs that I will be carrying in the bed for long trips with some off-road use. I would like something to help with the sag and body roll but wasn't sure what to add with the lift kit.

For your 2015 Ford F-250 with a 4" lift I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2597. These air bags will do a great job of reducing sag while increasing stability and improving ride quality. They also have a 5,000 lb load-leveling capacity.
Since you have a 4" lift you will also need to add spacers. Typically the spacer corresponds with the lift, but I recommend measuring to make sure you get the right one. You will want to measure the distance between where the brackets would be and choose the correct spacer based on the measurement. If it is 6-1/2" - 7-1/2" you need # F2536. For 7-1/2" - 8-1/2" you need # F2366 and for 8-1/2" - 9-1/2" # F2367.
I would also recommend adding an air compressor like the Firestone Air Command II # F2219. Installing an air compressor will allow you to avoid having to track one down when you need to adjust your air bags. This is a dual path system so you will be able to adjust the pressure for the air bags together or individually.
I have attached some installation videos for your reference.
