Will the Super Shuttle 3 Bike Rack Fit on a 2011 Kia Sorento

Question:

Will a Thule Super Shuttle 3 fit my 2011 Kia Sorrento? If not, what rack do I need? I dont have a hitch. Thank you.

The Super Shuttle 3 bike rack was a trunk mount bike rack made by Rhode Gear. This bike rack has been discontinued, but Thule does carry a similar bike rack that has been confirmed to fit your 2011 Kia Sorento. The Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier, # TH911XT, shares many features with the Super Shuttle bike racks, but it also has a few improvements such as the anti-sway cradles and rubber cradle straps.

If you currently have a Super Shuttle bike rack and want to know if it fits, I can tell you that Rhode Gear did not test fit their bike racks to specific vehicles. The Super Shuttle 3 bike rack will likely fit your Sorento because all of our other bike rack manufacturers list their trunk mount bike racks as a fit. If you plan to carry any womens, childrens or alternative frame bikes, then I would also recommend picking up a bike adapter bar like part # TH982XT. Bikes with small and angled frames can be difficult to load on a bike rack and cause ground clearance issues. This adapter will allow you to load your bikes easily and safely.
