Is There a 1-1/4 Inch Hitch For 2021 Audi Q5 Plug-In Hybrid
Question:
Do you sell a 1 1/4” hitch system that will fit my car? 2021 Audi Q5 plug-in hybrid
asked by: Carl E
Helpful Expert Reply:
There are only 2" trailer hitch receivers made for your 2021 Audi Q5 plug-in hybrid, but if you have an accessory with a 1-1/4" shank, you can use a hitch reducer; the hitch that fits your '21 Q5 plug-in hybrid is the following:
- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e94CR
Then for the reducer use the Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HT02.
Just keep in mind that this will reduce the tongue weight capacity (either when towing or when using an accessory) to 300 lbs. You will also need to secure the # HT02 to your hitch with either the Hitch Receiver Lock # e98880 or Pin and Clip # C21510.
