Replacement Panel/Converter Charger for an 8735p/8740p Converter Charger to Use Lithium Batteries
Question:
My trailer is equipped with an 8735/8740 p converter charger. I would like to replace this unit with something suitable for lithium, however every unit Ive looked at has space for four AC breakers. My distribution center has 6 AC breakers. Àny solution?

I do have an option for you but there won't be a replacement converter you can install in your existing panel to charge lithium batteries. The entire panel would need to be replaced. For that we have the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger # PD4045KA which has the 6 AC branch circuits you are needing and will work with lithium-ion, flooded lead acid, AGM, and gel batteries.
