Brake Controller and 7-Way Trailer Connector Installation on 2013 Ford E-350 Van
Question:
I have a 2013 Ford E-350 Van. I am needing to find the best option for a 7-pin trailer harness and also need a brake controller with harness. I was hoping to find a option that was a plug-in-play.. please let me know what is available.. Thank you

Your van is mostly prewired for a brake controller, but you will need to do some additional wiring because your van isn't equipped with the 7-way, as shown in the video I've linked for you.
You'll need a brake controller, a brake controller harness and our # ETBC7 brake controller installation kit. If the van isn't already equipped with a 4-pole connector, you'll need to add one using part # 118551. The kit includes an adapter to convert the 4 pole to a 7-way.
For a reasonably priced but very effective brake controller, I'd recommend the Tekonsha Primus, part # TK90160. For a wiring harness, you'll need # 3034-P. The harness plugs into the factory connector located behind the storage cubby at the top of the dash, above the radio as shown in the linked video.
The install video will also walk you through how the Primus brake controller works.
