When designing your new kayak ramp I recommend The Yates Keel Roller for Boat Trailers - TPR - 10" Long - 5/8" Shaft - Blue # YR1000B. They're 10 inches long and fit a 5/8 inch shaft. They're constructed from a thermal-plasticized rubber. It is non-marking, and non-scratching material. They're made in the USA.

If you're not wanting to design one yourself I recommend going with The CE Smith Roller Bunks for Boat Trailers - 6 Rollers Each - 5 foot Long - 1,500 pounds - 1 Pair # CE27710. It's made from 12 gauge galvanized steel and is rust resistant. Pre-assembled bunks easily install in either of two ways, you can mount them to your existing bunk boards (hardware not included), or you can attach to trailer frame with swivel mounting brackets # CE10003G-4 - sold separately. The bunk rollers can hold up to 1,500 pounds.

I have attached a review video link below.
