Troubleshooting Furrion RV Water Heater

Question:

I purchased a new rv and had the dealership install the unit. They claim to have tested it when they installed it. I am out in the rv for the first time and the unit will not fire up. The flame light on the control isnt on. I have confirmed water and gas flow to the unit. All other gas appliances are working. Any tips?

Verify you are receiving 12VDC at your Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR93FR. Check the thermostat for error codes and ensure that the thermostat is properly wired to the unit. If you have any loose or missing connections between the thermostat and the unit it wouldn't know to kick on and operate. If this does not resolve your issue I suggest contacting the dealership/retailer you purchased this from. Proper water pressure is 7.2 PSI to 65 PSI and proper gas pressure being 11” WCI min to 14” WCI max.
