Do you sell something I can use for a transom tie down that goes as short as 10 eye to eye.

You can use the BoatBuckle G2 Retractable, Ratchet Transom Tie-Downs - Stainless Steel - 43" - 500 lbs - Qty 2, part # IMF14256. It is retractable. It can go as short as 10", but it will also go as long as 43".
