I do have a solution for you, but it will require you to get a trailer hitch. My recommendation is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11525. I am a fan of this trailer hitch because the crossmember is hidden after installation. You will only see the receiver. It has a maximum tongue weight of 200 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight of 2,000 lbs.
The next thing you need is hitch rack that can carry 70 lbs e-bikes. E-bike manufacturers recommend you remove the batteries from your bike during transport. If your bikes are 65 lbs or less with the batteries removed, I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # TH903202. It has a weight limit of 65 lbs per bike and it has a ramp to help load and unload your bikes.
If you cannot get the weights of your e-bikes below 70 lbs, we do not have a hitch bike option that will work.
I have included product description links, a video of this trailer hitch being installed on a 2020 Honda Accord, and a video review link below.
