I took a look at the instructions and linked them below for you as well. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C11525 installation does not require removal of the rear tail lights on your 2022 Honda Accord. One of our video's showed them removed but that was to install the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118776. This harness provides you with a 4-flat connector to control trailer or accessory lights. I have linked a video that only shows installation of the Curt item # C11525 hitch.
