Does Primus IQ Brake Controller Have Wiring Harness For 2000 Chevy K3500
Question:
I have a 2000 year model K3500 Chevrolet that I would like to install a brake controller on . Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller had been recommended. If this is your recommendation, can you send me a link to a wiring harness for this brake controller?

That is a nice option for a brake controller, though there isn't a wiring harness needed separately for your 2000 Chevy K3500 to install the IQ brake controller, which is the following part number:
- Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller # TK90160
The Primus IQ comes with the needed pigtail wiring harness to wire it into your Chevy, which is why a separate one is not needed. The only thing you will need - if you don't have it - is the wiring. For that you'd first need a 4-way, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118315, and then the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7.
You will first install the 4-flat, which will activate your trailer's lighting functions, and you'll then plug that into the 7-way that comes with the # ETBC7, which also gives you the wiring, circuit breakers, and rest of the hardware needed for installation.
