Will Curt Aluminum Trailer Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier Fit 2007 Toyota Tacoma and Block License Plate
Question:
Is the Curt Cargo Carrier, part # C18100, compatible with my 2007 Tacoma? Will the folded unit block my license plate?

First, to determine if the Curt cargo carrier # C18100 will fit your 2007 Toyota Tacoma you will need to take a measurement. Measure from the center of the hitch pin hole on the truck straight back to the distance required to clear the rear bumper. If that distance is less than 5 inches then the carrier will fit when folded up and down.
When folded up the license plate will be blocked similarly to the way it blocks the plate on the Tundra in the video I have linked. You can relocate the license plate if needed by attaching a bracket to the bottom of the cargo carrier, like # LP15SB, using washes, nuts and bolts. Then when folded up the bracket will be visible and you can put the license plate on it.
