Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Out Of Stroke Error

I have not been able to auto level my open range rv, message out of stoke keeps showing up

The "out of stroke" message on your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System, # LC358590 means the jack has reached maximum stroke length and can't extend any further to level the trailer. You need to block the legs, I prefer the Ultra-Fab Leveling Blocks for Trailers and RVs, # UF48-979051.
If you continue to get an "out of stroke" error or you cannot manually retract the jack then that would point to signs of damaged internals which means the jack leg would need to be replaced. I have attached a list of replacement jacks below.
Front Leg - part # LC305340
