It appears that the 2019 Keystone Montana 3121RL came with with a 1116 or 1621 pin box. You will want to locate the label on the pin box for either of these two numbers or confirm the correct one by checking the spread of the mounting hardware.
The Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box - Lippert 1116/1716 # GY43FR has mounting holes that are spread 8-3/4" horizontally and 2-1/2" vertically.
The Gen-Y Hitch 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box - Auto Latch - Lippert 1621/1621 HD # GY58GR has mounting holes that are spread 7-7/8" horizontally and 2" vertically.
Both pin boxes are rated for trailers up to 21,000lbs with a tongue weight of 1,500-3,500lbs. With the dry tongue weight of 2,350lbs on your Montana this will fall right in the middle of the tongue weight rating.
