Will Lower Hitch Opening of EcoHitch for 2022 Tesla Model 3 Wobble or Will it Be Tight

Is there a cam adjustment so the center block will not wobble or come loose?

The bolt that holds the lower hitch opening to the EcoHitch part # EH84GR that you referenced will hold it tightly and prevent movement once it's torqued down. There'd be no need for additional adjustments.
