I have a great bike rack solution for you. Unfortunately, if you are looking at the Swagman XC2 # S64650, this rack is only rated to transport bikes up to 35 pounds. Trying to transport heavier bikes that exceed that capacity of the rack is extremely dangerous.

With that being said, we do have an amazing option for you. For that route, I recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches # HLY84FR. The Sport Rider SE has an impressive 80-pound per-bike weight capacity and accommodates fat bikes with tires up to 5 inches wide. It is important to note that the shank length of the Sport Rider SE measures 5 inches from the center of the pinhole to the closest part of the rack. In order to make sure you have enough bumper clearance, I recommend measuring the center of your hitch's pinhole to the outside face of the rear bumper. If you happen to be transporting women's bikes, step-thru bikes, or children's bikes, you need the bike frame adapter bar # 64005 for each of those bikes.

It is also important to note that the Sport Rider SE only fits 2-inch hitch receivers. However, you can still use the rack on a 1-1/4" receiver with the Brophy Adapter # HTAD. This adapter also adds 7-1/4 inches of shank length. When you use any kind of adapter, you reduce the overall weight capacity of your hitch by 50%.

If you need a hitch receiver to use with the rack, feel free to respond to this answer with your year/make/model of vehicle. As with all hitch-mounted applications, I recommend confirming with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure your vehicle is rated to handle the weight you wish to transport.
