Replacement For Damaged Thule 515-0109 Hanging 4-Bike Rack
Question:
I have an old model similar to the Thule Range Bike Rack Model 4. This is the model # on my rack Thule 515-0109. A Car hit my rack, it bent the long screw, and broke the gray round handle to loosen/tighten the screw to release the rack after raising the gray plastic coated aluminum lock clamp. Do you have any of these replacement parts?

I'm certainly sorry to hear about what happened to your bike rack, and unfortunately there are not replacement parts like you are looking for. While I know this is not the news you were wanting, it is not uncommon for older bike racks to eventually have their parts cycled out.
The good news though, is that there is a very reasonably priced alternative for a 4-bike hanging rack to replace your damaged one:
