What Hitch Bike Rack do You Recommend for My Audi Q7 with a 2-Inch Hitch?

For a great hitch bike rack for your 2015 Audi Q7 with a 2-inch hitch, it really depends the weight of your bikes and how many bikes you wish to transport.
If you are looking to transport up to 2 standard mountain bikes, I recommend the Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # S64650. The XC2 comes with a maximum per-bike weight capacity of 35 pounds. It also comes with a long shank that measures 10 inches from the center of the pinhole to the closest wheel hoop. This measurement is important because you need to be aware of the length you need on the shank to clear the rear bumper with your hitch installed.
Also, since the XC2 is a frame-mounted design, you need a bike frame adapter bar # 64005 if you plan on transporting women's bikes, children's bikes, or step-thru bike frames. The adapter bar gives your bikes the straight, horizontal plane that is required to attach to the ratcheting hooks. You can also add theft-deterrence measures with the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable # S64031.
If, however, you plan on transporting up to 4 heavier bikes, I recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches # HR1400Z. The Sport Rider SE allows you to mount 4 bikes with a 50 pound per-bike weight capacity.
As with the XC2, you need the # 64005 adapter if you have women's bikes, children's bikes, or step-thru bikes. Since the Sport Rider SE comes with a hitch lock and a cable lock, you do not have to purchase additional locks. In order to make sure you have enough bumper clearance with your hitch installed, I recommend measuring the center of your hitch's pinhole to the outside surface of the rear bumper to make sure it does not exceed 5 inches long.
If these racks do not suit your particular weight capacity needs or the particular number of bikes you wish to transport, feel free to respond to this answer with that information and I can definitely recommend the best racks for you.
