Recommended Flat Towing Components For A 2021 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
Hello I have a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 2021 and looking to tow it behind my motor home. I am looking at the Roadmaster Falcon RM-522. What other components will I need? Base plate, safety cables, tow bar wiring cables, and breaking system? Any recommendation would be most welcome. Thanks,

The Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522 would be a great option for your 2021 Jeep Wrangler and is one of my most recommended tow bars. It features non-binding latches and a large hookup radius to make connecting/disconnecting on any terrain easy peasy.
For the Base plate you'll need a Roadmaster Direct-Connect style base plate like the # RM-521453-5. These will allow you to attach to your tow bar without the need for any adapters. The arms are removable as well to offer you a clean factory look while not in use.
Note: These base plates are only compatible with factory bumpers. If you have an aftermarket bumper let me know and we can find the correct fit for you.
For the braking system I recommend the Brake Buddy Stealth Supplemental Braking System # HM39530. This system offers fully proportional braking with a system that never has to be removed, replaced, or reset. The actuator installs out of sight and remains virtually invisible when your car isn't being towed. The controller also doubles as a trailer brake controller to allow you to tow a trailer with your motorhome without having to install another brake controller. The included charge line kit will prevent you from arriving at your destination with a dead battery.
Since the # HM39530 comes with an adapter cable and vehicle side socket all you'll need is the diodes and wiring which you can get with the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-152.
If you have ParkSense Proximity Sensors you'll need the Roadmaster Wiring Kit with Smart Diodes for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights # RM47ZR instead.
For safety cables I recommend the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643. The coiled design of these cables will help prevent them from dragging on the ground and being damaged.
You may also need a high/low adapter to keep your tow bar level while towing your Jeep. I've attached our help guide article to assist you in measuring to find the correct adapter for your needs.
