If your 2014 Kia Soul has an automatic transmission then you would need to use a tow dolly like the Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly w/ Disc Brakes # DM9713093.
If you have a manual transmission then you would be able to flat tow and would need a tow bar, base plate, tow bar wiring kit, braking system, and safety cables. If this is the case for you then I have the following recommendations:
Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522. This tow bar features non-binding latches and a large hookup radius to make connecting and disconnecting the tow bar on any terrain easy peasy.
Base Plate: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-522114-5. These direct-connect attachment points make it quick and simple to connect or disconnect from your tow bar. The arms are removable to provide you with a clean factory look when not in use.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit allows you to use your Kia Soul's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV. Since your Kia Soul has separate lighting, this kit will cause your brake lights to function as both brake and turn signal lights. A wiring converter # 118158 and 2 additional diodes # RM-792 will be needed if you want to retain separate turn and brake signals.
Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This system offers intense, emergency braking or steady, smooth braking in a single portable system. Easily switch between proportional or full braking from the cab of your motorhome with the remote. The included charge line kit will keep your Soul's battery charged while you tow as well.
Safety Cables: RoadMaster 76" Single Hook, Straight Safety Cables # RM-645-76. These safety cables can be run through the channels of the # RM-522 to keep them out of the way and prevent them from dragging on the ground.
You may also need a high/low adapter to keep the tow bar level between your motorhome and Kia Soul. This does require some measuring once the base plates have been installed so I've attached our help article to walk you through determining the correct rise/drop needed for your application.
