Will the Sportrack Vista XL Cargo Box fit My OEM Crossbars on My 2014 BMW X1?
Question:
Hi would a SportRack XL fit on OEM roof rack for a 2014 BMW X1? Hard to find clarity online! Many thanks.

In order to definitely confirm whether the Sportrack Vista XL # SR7018 fits on the OEM crossbars on your 2014 BMW X1, I recommend measuring the width and height of your crossbars. If the crossbars do not exceed 3-1/8" wide x 1" tall, you are good to go!
Also, if you are curious about whether you can fully open the trunk with the Vista XL installed on your X1, I recommend measuring from the furthest forward front crossbar position on your roof to the line where the roof and hatch meet. If that length is longer than 39 inches long, you will be able to fully open the rear hatch with the cargo box installed. I went ahead and attached a diagram to show you how to conduct this measurement.
