Replacement Hub/Drum for 7K Trailer Axle
Question:
I need to replace the brake hubs on a 7k brake axle. Theres no branding or markings showing the manufacturer. The axle tube is 3inch diameter. I figured it was better to ask before ordering the wrong part. Grease seal is 2.25, the inner bearing is 1.75, the outer bearing is 1.25, the threads are .5. There are more measurements in the photos.

Helpful Expert Reply:
If your existing hub/drums use an 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern and 1/2 inch wheel studs, you'll want to use the # 42866UC3-EZ. For a 5/8 inch wheel stud, use # 8-219-18UC3. Either hub uses a 2.25 ID grease sea, a 1.75 inch ID inner and a 1.25 inch outer wheel bearing.
