Comparing B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit BWGNXA2061 with PullRite 4437 Gooseneck Ball
Question:
I recently purchased this Pullrite 4437 gooseneck ball with chain plate. I purchased that for a 2022 GMC 2500 that I am getting. I tried the ball out in my coworkers 2022 GMC and it appears to be kind of sloppy. I expected a tighter fit. Is this normal that it has a little play up-and-down inside decide or should it be much more snug? I just don’t like that. I’m wondering if there is another ball that will fit tighter? Thank you for your help.

I have no experience with the PullRite 4437 Gooseneck ball as we do not carry that product.
I can say that the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061 has a nice snug fit as we have tested this product in our shop. I have linked a great video below that shows how the snug the gooseneck ball fits in the factory hitch. I also prefer the handle that B&W uses as you will not be grabbing onto a grease covered ball to remove and install in your truck.
