Maxxfan Deluxe Model 7000k Replacement Operator Mechanism
Question:
Greetings I need a replacement operator mechanism # MA-10-20281K which I found on your site and the lid spring # 10-20243K which I cannot find on your site. Since the operator mechanism literally broke, Im assuming a replacement lid spring would be needed. The motor works fine, but I cannot raise or completely lower the fan lid. Thanks for your help.

Yes, we do offer the Replacement Operator Mechanism for MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus or MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vents item # MA10-20281K-1AF. It is the replacement part for the operator mechanism #MA-10-20281K you referenced. However, we do not offer the replacement Lid spring #10-20243K. Hopefully yours isn't broken and you can reuse it when you replace the operator mechanism.
