Can Multiple 12 Volt Solar Panels Run to Battery to Charge It

Question:

I have a 2020 NuCamp Tab S with a 100Watt 5.62A solar roof panel with a GoPower 10 amp Solar controller PWM. We are very power conscious and have never had issues but would like to add the 130 Watt GoPower Portable Solar Panel with Digital Controller to provide us the ability to locate panels in the sun if we are parked in a shaded area. Would this be a good solution and the right specs? We have a factory installed SAE solar plug that is already wired to the battery 12V. Would these two controllers work together to protect the battery for instance if they were both actually generating solar power at the same time? Would we just plug this portable unit into the SAE port and be good to go?

The great thing about 12 volt power is that you can run multiple 12 volt sources to the same circuit and it won't cause any issue. So yes you can use the Go Power Portable Solar Panel with Digital Solar Controller - 130 Watt Solar Panel
# 34282730 in conjunction with what you have now and there would be no issues at all. You could simply plug it in like you mentioned.
