I have a solution for you. Unfortunately, I confirmed with Rhino-Rack that they do not have an engineered fit that works with a Pioneer Platform system and/or a Backbone Mounting System.

However, Rhino-Rack does have excellent roof racks for your vehicle depending on if you have a bare roof or flush factory rails. Rhino-Rack does not have a maximum static weight limit for their racks (the weight limit of the rack when not in motion), so it truly depends on the overall weight capacity of your rooftop tent and your static weight capacity of your CR-V.

If you have flush rails, I recommend the following setup:

With both of these setups, not only do you get a quiet and aerodynamic system, you also receive enough weight capacity for a tent as long as you adhere to the weight capacity of the tent and roof.

If you need a roof top tent, I recommend the Thule Tepui Foothill - 2 Person # TH37HJ. The Foothill allows you to have 2 people up to 400 pounds. Also, the tent includes a high-density foam mattress for added comfort which is always a nice touch. As per Thule, they do not recommend using a clamp-on style rack for tents like the rack mentioned for a bare-roof setup.

It is always important to consult with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure that the roof is able to hold that much weight.
