Unfortunately, all of our Roadmaster base plates that are compatible with your 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon (factory steel bumper) require you to remove the winch before installation. Once the components of the winch are removed, you can use a Roadmaster base plate like the # RM-521453-5.

If you need a complete setup, I recommend the following additional components:

- Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch # RM-522
- Single-Hook Safety Cables # RM-643
- Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 with the Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751497
- Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-152-98146-7

With the Falcon tow bar, it allows for you to easily release your vehicle even in uneven ground and simply slides into the RV's hitch receiver without the need of a ball mount. In addition, you will also receive the proportional action of the InvisiBrake which applies the Gladiator's brakes at the same level that you apply the brakes to your RV. The stop light switch allows the motorhome brake-monitoring system to activate whenever the brake pedal in towed car is applied. Finally, with the diode kit, this will allow you to connect your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights to your Gladiator's lighting system.

As with all flat-towing, I recommend consulting with your Jeep owner's manual to make sure you are abiding my all the manufacturer's guidelines.
