Yes. The Konig Standard Snow Tire Chains for Commercial Vehicles, Motor Homes, Off-Road - XB16 # th01571267 will fit your 20-inch 265/50-20 tires on your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. This set comes with a quantity of 2. For these chains, I recommend the Titan Chain Multi-Arm Rubber Tire Chain Adjuster for Heavy Trucks # TCMA3 in order to take the headache away of having to tighten the chains after each trip. Per Jeep, it is recommended that you install the chains on your rear tires only.

It is important to note that, as with all tire chains, I recommend making sure that you have enough wheel well clearance in order to make sure that you can safely use the chains without potentially damaging components inside your vehicle's wheel wells. With the Konig chains, they require a wheel well clearance of 16mm. I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows how to measure your clearance.
