Do I need a high voltage rester for hyper flash with turn signal ?

You only need the Load Resistor Kit for LED Turn Signals # DI34ZR when the LED lights are being installed on a vehicle. The LED Trailer Tail Light with License Bracket # 328-003-81LBM1 when mounted on a trailer will not hyper flash as the vehicle lights/flasher relay control the speed of the turn signals.
The LED Trailer Tail Light # 328-003-81BM1 is the matching passenger side to the above mentioned light.
