Can I buy a lock for the Thule pin I just received from etrailer?

For a replacement lock housing for the Thule Snug Tite part # THSTL2 that you referenced you'd just need the part # 753-3725-02. If you needed a lock core as well to go with this you'd want the # TH450200.
