Starting with a hitch, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C76HR which is a custom fit for your 2022 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and a concealed cross tube. It features a bolt on installation and has a max gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs and tongue weight of 525 lbs.
For wiring, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK46FR. When it comes to wiring, Tekonsha is the most reliable. The T-One connectors plug into existing wiring so no cutting or splicing is needed. This will provide you with a 4-way connection at the back of your vehicle to power your trailer's signal lights.
In order to complete your setup you will also need a ball mount. Check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
