For your 2008 Chevy Trailblazer you are going to need to use a universal style towing mirror like the K Source Universal Towing part # 11953 (sold individually) or the Clip-On Mirror we offer from K-Source, part # KS3891 that I like better, as I believe its ratcheting straps make for a more secure connection.

The Original Custom Towing Mirror Slide-On Mirrors # CTM1600 that you referenced are not confirmed to fit your vehicle so I would not recommend them for you.
