Recommended Suspension Enhancement For 2022 Thor Daybreak On 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500
Question:
I just ordered a 2022 Thor Daybreak 24GO class C motorhome and I am looking to find the suspension components I will need to improve the ride quality. It is being built on a 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 Chassis. What all parts do you recommend?

I recommend using the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs for the Front Axle # SSF-106-47 and the Rear Axle # SSR-338-47. These will help improve ride quality by adding additional support to the factory suspension on your 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 Chassis. Since the springs are progressive they will also help the shocks to reduce road vibration and shock that can cause damage to the components in your 2022 Thor Daybreak.
The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1209-131 is an additional sway bar that will mount in front of the rear axle. This will help reduce the rear sway you get when you are driving. Since no two campers are exactly the same you will want to check the mounting location on your Daybreak to ensure that Thor did not mount anything in the area where the sway bar will be installed.
If there is something like a propane tank in the way you can still upgrade your factory sway bar to the stronger Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM43VR. This stronger bar was designed to work better with RV Conversions than the factory bar that was designed for multiple vehicle uses.
