Will Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs Interfere With A Reese Under-Bed Gooseneck Hitch

Question:

Hi there I asked a question a couple weeks ago and Kevin did give me a great reply. However I have a follow up question. I am looking to get fire stone airbag kit 2597 for my 2015 Ford F2 50 diesel short bed crew cab. When I watch the video on the airbags, it looks like the right upper bracket bolt goes through an existing hole in the frame and uses a frame nut that the Reese under bed rail kit will block once installed. However, it looks like that bolt will stick out and potentially interfere with mounting the right side frame bracket of the Reese under bed kit. If this is the case, I’m wondering if I could use additional washers as spacers so the bolt won’t stick out or use a shorter bolt? I saw another guy that had the same kid and he said that he had to put a notch in his side bracket for his fifth wheel hitch And I don’t want to do that.

If you watch the attached installation video for the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2597, Ryan can be seen installing these air springs on a Ford with an undermounted hitch already installed. It is a little challenging due to the tight spacing but is doable.
