First, for a 2006 Nissan Armada, you would use wiring harness and relays # N40975. Harness # C56225 that you referenced is not a fit for the Armada. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation.
On some Nissan vehicles an additional relay is needed next to the steering column under the dash. It will be a small blue relay. You can obtain the relay from the dealer or use one of the blue ones in kit # C57000. Consult the vehicle owner's manual for all fuse/relay locations related to tow package wiring.
