The slot width dimensions of the Demco rail kit adapter part # DM6099 that you referenced are 29 inches apart for the outer slots and then 20-1/2 inches apart for the inner slots. Then from front to back the slot dimensions are 22 inches. This cover nearly all fifth wheel hitches available as this is the industry standard fifth wheel rail dimensions.
