Where To Install Tire Chains On 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 265/50-20 Tires
Question:
Hi there We are headed to the snow and have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We just got new all weather tires for the back two wheels. The front two wheels are the standard tire. Do we need to just put chains on the back two tires? Can’t seem to get a straight answer anywhere and we are headed to thick snow in two days in Mammoth. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Tire chains are only to be installed on the rear two tires on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee per the owner's manual. For models with 265/50-12 tires, you must use the Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains part # TH01594267 as they provide the proper clearance for safe operation.
