Trailer Spindles, Hubs, Wheels and Tires For Building a Specialty Cart

Question:

Hello, I need a product specialist contact to confirm compatibility of axles and hubs. We are designing a specialty application cart and one end will use trailer wheels & axles (Two wheels and axles). We will need to weld the axle to our cart prior to assembling the remainder of the hub. I will need a corresponding axle stub and hub. Preferably 5 bolt with higher capacity. No brakes. Plan on using Kenda 205/65-10 wheels and tires. Kindest Regards

You will need the #84 Spindle # TRU84FR to weld on to your cart. The weldable end of the spindle is 1-3/4" in diameter and 6-1/2" long. This will accept a Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-35-K which has the 5 on 4-1/2" lug pattern for your higher weight capacity. This assembly contains all the bearings, races, grease seal and dust cap needed for the #84 Spindle.

The Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors # BB1980A-SS will allow you to easily fill your hubs with grease and will give you a visual indication that the hubs are full. These will replace the standard grease cap that is included with the hub assembly.

The Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" White Wheel # AM3H430 are load range D tires giving each wheel and tire a maximum load rating of 1,320lbs per tire.
