Does the Curt Hitch Block the Lift Gate Function on the 2021 Toyota RAV4?
Question:
Will the Curt # C13416 hitch block my liftgate sensors? If so is there another hitch that doesn't?

Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" item # C13416 still works but you will just have the center portion where the receiver mounts blocked, so kick your foot to either side to retain function. You will need to play around with it and find where the sensors still work. The problem isn't in the hitch receiver its where Toyota placed the sensors for the lift gate.
If you need a wiring harness for a 4-flat connector, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # C56434.
