I have a great tire chain solution for you. Unfortunately, the Glacier Twist Link Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners # PWH2228SC will not fit your non-standard tire size of 275/55-20 on your 2007 Toyota Tundra.

However, we do have similar style that will fit your tires. Those are the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains with Cams - Ladder Pattern - Twist Links # TC2228CAM. These chains come with the same cam-tighteners and twist links. Unfortunately, we do not carry any tire chains that have both cam-tighteners and V-bar links that fit your tires.

To make the installation even easier on your vehicle, I recommend the Titan Chain Tensioners # TCMA2. Not only do these tensioners make tightening easier when you first install the chains, they will keep the chains tight so you do not have to constantly manually tighten them after each trip.

According to the owner's manual for your vehicle, Toyota recommends that you only install tire chains on your rear tires. It is always a good idea to follow the recommendations given by your manual when installing tire chains.
