We do offer a Class V hitch that will fit around the frame rivet on your 1994 Ford F350, but the Curt # C15318 isn't a fit for your truck.
I'd recommend the Curt # C15300 Class V hitch which features various holes and notches in the mounting flanges that are designed to fit around various frame obstructions such as the rivet you spoke of. The hitch is a confirmed fit for your truck per Curt.
I've linked to an installation video that you might find helpful.
