Question:

Thanks for the quick reply Jameson, I don't see any stamping in the steel. Here are the images of the sticker and flange. Thanks,

P15 isn't a way to identify what axle you have but if you can find the label/sticker on it that lists it's capacity or get me diameter of it I can see what parts you'd need to add brakes to it.

Thanks for the pictures, based on that you have a Dexter #10 axle which has a 3,500 lb capacity. For 3,500 lb axles you will use 10 inch assemblies. My recommendation is the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35-SA. These assemblies will work well for your axles. If you don't already have the hub/drum assemblies, then I recommend using the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3.5K E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K. This combination will work well and if you are adding brakes for the first time then you will just run # 10-1-1 wiring to each assembly. You'll also need the junction box part # 277-000141 and the breakaway kit # 3802308.
