By far the best suspension enhancement for your 2021 Toyota Sienna are air helper springs:

The reason the Coil-Rite # F4155 are the best is due to the amount of additional support they add directly to the coil springs on your Sienna. When inflated they will help eliminate side-to-side movement, improving overall stability, and help remove squat.

With less squat - and the weight more evenly distributed to the front and rear of your '21 Sienna - your front wheels are going to make more contact with the ground as opposed to the weight being too far at the rear. This naturally improves your handling and braking, and as an added bonus, your ride will be smoother with the support that air springs add.
