I have a great tire traction solution for you. Unfortunately, we do not have any cables that are approved to use on your non-standard 275/50-22 tires on your 2014 Infiniti QX80. However, with that being said, we do have a great tire chain option that will ultimately provide you with superior traction and better overall quality than tire cables. For that route, I recommend the Konig Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - XD16 Pro - Size 279 # KON44FR. These chains are Class S compatible which means they will provide you with more wheel well clearance. This is important because this decreases the likelihood of damage sustained to wheel well components such as struts. The chains also come with anti-scratch nylon bumpers to protect your rims. It is important to note that these chains are on-road approved only. We unfortunately do not have any tire chains that are off-road approved for your size.
Since these chains require 16mm of wheel well clearance on your QX80, I recommend measuring your wheel wells. I went ahead and attached a diagram of the measurement you need to take.
As with all tire chains, I recommend consulting with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure that you are abiding by all of the guidelines outlined there.
