I went ahead and reached out to my contact at Rhino-Rack, and she confirmed that the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack Legs - Gutter Mount - 5-15/16" Tall # RL150S13-3 will technically attach to a Rhino-Rack Pioneer platform. However, Pioneer Platforms are customized to fit certain roof dimensions, and I cannot recommend which platform you will need for your vehicle.
