What suspension enhancement would you recommend for my 2022 Ford F-350? i will be towing so I don't want it to sag.

For your 2022 Ford F-350 the best suspension enhancement is the RoadActive Suspension Kit part # RAS3611-SLHD which will do a great job getting rid of suspension sag, is easily adjustable, easy to install, improves ride quality and stability. Most kits are known to make the ride quality rougher but the RAS improves it which is why it's the best option. This also fits with dually models too.
